Seamstresses from Uzbekistan plan to take «made in kg» place in the territory of the CIS. Businessman in the Russian Federation Bakyt Abdykarov said at the round table discussion «Our labor migrants — real investors in the new economy of Kyrgyzstan.»
According to him, the volume of production of the light industry in Kyrgyzstan has significantly decreased.
«Our sewing shops, factories produce quality clothes. But the volume is small. Many people have recently left this market. Uzbekistan sends large batches of clothes to Russia. I do not know, maybe they have state support, preferential loans, but if we do not take measures and support our light industry, we may lose our deserved place,» Bakyt Abdykarov said.
