Names of stops to be announced in public transport of Bishkek
The public transport of Bishkek will be equipped with an automatic voice announcement system. The press service of the Bishkek City Administration reported.
Since July 12, names of stops will be voiced in two languages - Kyrgyz and Russian. The system operates automatically, without requiring the participation of the driver, and information about the stops and the route is received by each device through the mobile network.
At present, buses of 42 route are equipped with such a system. Based on the results of the pilot project, all city buses and trolleybuses will be equipped with such a function.
