Money extorted from Kyrgyzstanis in Moscow on behalf of Kamchy Kolbaev
Kyrgyz citizens extorted money from compatriots in Moscow on behalf of the crime boss. The press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported.
It is specified that the victims at first refused to write statements, and only after a conversation with the police officers agreed to turn to law enforcement agencies.
«A criminal case was initiated under the article «Extortion committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy with the use of violence» of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. During the special measures, a criminal group of 8 Kyrgyzstanis was detained in Moscow. Two of them — a 26-year-old native of Toktogul district of Jalal-Abad region and 25-year-old native of Suzak region — extorted 50,000 rubles on behalf of the crime boss and demanded to pay them a monthly tribute in the same amount,» the Ministry of Internal Affairs informed.
During a search in a vehicle, knives, fitment, a broken stick were confiscated.
The extortionists introduced themselves as accomplices of the famous crime boss Kamchy Kolbaev.
