Eviction of former Nariman Tyuleev’s spouse suspended
The confiscation of the house of the former wife of the ex-mayor of Bishkek Nariman Tyuleev was suspended until the court’s decision. The lawyer of the family Alexander Moschin told 24.kg news agency.
According to him, all actions of the court officers violate the current legislation and the Constitution.
«This is the only housing of Mira Sydykova. We submitted all the documents. The court decision, which the court executors show us, says that some person named Rakhimov must be evicted. But such a person has never lived there,» said Alexander Moshchin.
A court hearing was scheduled for July 18, where the question of specific people, who are subject to eviction, will be considered.
As a result, the court officer said that the eviction was postponed until July 20.
