Retender for construction of Bishkek HPP chemical treatment workshop announced
Electric Stations JSC announced a re-tender for the development of design estimates for the construction of a chemical treatment workshop. The state procurement portal reports.
Electric Stations company has already announced a tender, but the only application — from TekhnoKhimReagentBel (Belarus) — was rejected.
The construction of the chemical treatment workshop began without a project. The work was suspended. Its cost is $ 5,842 million. The funds are a part of TBEA loan of $ 386 million.
Recall, the former director of the Bishkek Heating Plant Omurkul uulu Nurlan stated about absence of a project for the modernization of the HPP, and a chemical treatment workshop for the new unit was not planned.
