Kanatbek Isaev remains in custody
The Pervomaisky District Court of Bishkek left the measure of restraint to ex-deputy of the Parliament Kanatbek Isaev, who has been under arrest since September 30, 2017, unchanged. His case will be sent for further investigation. The Judge Mirlan Termechikov made such a decision.
Recall, Kanatbek Isaev was detained on September 30, 2017 on suspicion of preparing a coup. He is being kept in the pretrial detention center of the State Committee for National Security since then.
Ramis Zhunusaliev, an employee of the Tax Service for Pervomaisky district of Bishkek, and Deniz Raimkulov, the former head of the rural administration of Gavrilovka village, Sokuluk district of Chui region, were arrested together with him.
Ramis Zhunusaliev is kept in the pretrial detention center of SCNS, and Deniz Raimkulov — in pretrial detention center 1.
The criminal case is classified.
