President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev to pay state visit to Kyrgyzstan
The President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will arrive in Kyrgyzstan with a state visit. The Presidential Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
The date of the visit is not known.
It was reported that the Secretary of the Security Council, Damir Sagynbaev, took part in the ceremonial events timed to the 100th anniversary of the formation of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces. He met with the head of the Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan — the acting Secretary of the Security Council of the republic, Remiz Mekhtiev.
The sides discussed issues of cooperation and forthcoming state visit of Ilham Aliyev to Kyrgyzstan.
The last time the presidents of Kyrgyzstan and Azerbaijan met in 2012 in Baku.
