Sausage with staphylococcus. Kyrgyzstan receives no confirmation from Kazakhstan
Information about the goods, exported to Kazakhstan with staphylococcus and E. coli from Kyrgyzstan, has not been confirmed yet. Tolo Isakov, the head of the Department for Diseases Prevention of the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance, informed the journalists.
Recall, the day before the Ministry of Health of Kazakhstan said: dangerous products from Kyrgyzstan had been found in the stores of Kazakhstan. Bacteria of the Escherichia coli group were detected in the samples of boiled-smoked salami «Spanish» produced by «RIKHA,» Staphylococcus aureus, causing food poisoning, was found in the samples of ice cream «Day and night,» produced by Umut and Co.
Tolo Isakov stressed that staphylococcus and E. coli might appear due to improper storage of food products. Products may become contaminated already in a store because of the heat. At the same time, he assured that the department would check the companies as soon as a letter from Kazakh colleagues received.
