Two deputies start scuffle, one of them hospitalized
Two deputies of the local council in Alexandrovka village of Moscow district started a scuffle. Rural administration informed 24.kg news agency.
The incident occurred between Abulla Sharipov and Idris Dzhonvuza during a holiday feast.
The police department for Moscow district informed 24.kg news agency that Idris Dzhonvuza wrote a statement against Abulla Sharipov. The latter was detained and placed in the pretrial detention center.
A criminal case was filed under the article «Hooliganism.» The victim is in the hospital.
It is known that Abulla Sharipov and Idris Dzhonvuza are not representatives of any of the parties. Both of them are self-nominees.
