Uzbek citizen detained for video shooting of border checkpoint
Border guards of Kadamzhai-Avtodorozhny checkpoint on May 17 detained a citizen of Uzbekistan for violation of the regime at the checkpoint. The State Border Service of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
The man had a video tape of the checkpoint and the adjacent territory, which he secretly carried out from the territory of Uzbekistan.
According to paragraph 35 of the Rules for Observance of the Regime at the Automobile, Pedestrian and Railway Checkpoints on the state border of the Kyrgyz Republic, shooting without a permission of the Border Service of the Kyrgyz Republic is prohibited.
The detainee was fined for violation of the regime at the checkpoint.
