Sadyr Japarov left in prison. First instance verdict upheld
The Supreme Court's judges upheld the verdict of the first instance in the case of ex-deputy Sadyr Japarov.
After they announced the verdict, Sadyr Japarov's younger brother fell on the judges. They barely had time to leave the courtroom.
Recall, Pervomaisky District Court sentenced the ex-deputy Sadyr Japarov to 11 years and 6 months in a penal colony for complicity in organizing a rally in Karakol in 2013.
Ex-MP was convicted under Article 227 (hostage taking) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
