Government to implement Safe City project without tender
Safe City project will be implemented without a tender. The First Vice Prime Minister Kubatbek Boronov announced this at the session of the Parliament today.
According to him, if the tender is held, then the state should allocate money from the budget. However, there is no money to implement the project. «It was decided to hold a contest and choose a company that would offer the lowest price,» Kubatbek Boronov explained.
He added that the government intended to find a company — partner that would implement the project at its own expense. The share for receiving the funds will be determined.
