Gender balance not observed in Government’s Executive Office
The gender balance is not observed in the Government’s Executive Office. The Prime Minister Mukhammedkaly Abylgaziev announced today at a meeting of the National Council on Gender Policy under the Government.
The head of the Cabinet of Ministers noted that gender policy is not observed in all spheres of public administration, including the Government’s Executive Office. He promised to increase the number of women in this structure in near future.
«There are also no women among the chiefs of the district police departments,» the prime minister said.
