Deputy proposes to deprive Almazbek Atambayev the status of ex-president. I think that Almazbek Atambayev also must bear responsibility,» said Iskhak Masaliev.
While the deputy commission was working, the State Committee for National Security investigated the criminal case on corruption in the implementation of the project «Modernization of Bishkek HPP.» Seven former top managers of the energy industry were arrested. All of them were officially charged with corruption.
