Kyrgyz officials predict good yield of grain
A heavy grain yield is expected in Kyrgyzstan. Zhigitali Zhumaliyev, head of the Department for Development of Agriculture, Seed and Organic Agricultural Production of the Ministry of Agriculture, informed 24.kg news agency.
«After winter, more than 70 percent of winter crops were in good condition, about 26 percent were of medium quality, and the rest were weak. But at present, the state of winter crops is excellent. They are fertilized in the regions. The yield of grain will be higher than in 2017,» he said.
