Almazbek Atambayev ready to meet with President Sooronbai Jeenbekov
SDPK leader Almazbek Atambayev is ready to meet with the President of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbai Jeenbekov. The member of the political council of the party Marat Amankulov confirmed information to 24.kg news agency.
According to him, deputies of Almazbek Atambayev, in particular Sapar Isakov and Asel Koduranova, were approved during the meeting of the political council. The question of possible negotiations between the former president and the current one was raised. «Almazbek Atambayev expressed readiness to meet with the president,» Marat Amankulov stressed.
Another member of the political council and the leader of SDPK parliamentary faction confirmed that the meeting had actually taken place.
