Osh city fighting for kindergartens
The Osh prosecutor’s office conducts work to return social objects to the municipal property. The Information Department of Prosecutor General’s Office of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
According to the department, in November 2004, the city administration, violating the law, sold the land plot of the kindergarten No. 57 for 558,000 soms on the basis of a contract to a private businessman.
Since 2012, the prosecutor’s office has been actively working to return to the state and municipal property previously illegally privatized pre-school education facilities that are not used for their intended purpose. Up to date, 86 kindergartens have been returned to state and municipal property.
