Electric Stations company lost action against expert
Expert Rasul Umbetaliev told 24.kg news agency that Electric Stations JSC lost an action against him.
Consideration of the claim of Electric Stations OJSC to refute the information, discrediting business reputation and to compensate for the moral damage caused by their distribution, ended in the Pervomaysky District Court of Bishkek.
Recall, at a press conference in 24.kg news agency Rasul Umbetaliev stated about the corruption schemes during the tender for repair of Toktogul, Shamaldy-Sai, Uch-Kurgan, At-Bashi hydroelectric stations for 43.5 million soms. According to him, the decision was made not by the commission, but by the ex-deputy general director of Electric Stations JSC Berdibek Borkoyev.
By the way, he was fired after the breakdown at the Bishkek Heating and Power Plant. Berdibek Borkoyev was arrested within criminal case on corruption.
