Bakyt Murataliev detained within criminal case on Maxim Bakiyev’s cottages sale
The ex-deputy chairman of the State Property Management Fund Bakyt Murataliev was detained within the criminal case on the sale of cottages of Maxim Bakiyev. Press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported.
He was charged under articles 304 (abuse of office) and 307 (unlawful use of official position in the process of privatization, taxation, customs or licensing activities) of the Criminal Code of Kyrgyzstan.
Bakyt Murataliev was placed in the pretrial detention center of the Bishkek Main Department of Internal Affairs.
Recall, the ex-head of the State Property Management Fund Bolsunbek Kazakov was detained on April 11 within the investigation of the case on the sale of cottages of Maxim Bakiyev. Yesterday, he was placed in detention center No. 1 for two months.
