Border guards of Uzbekistan shot Kyrgyzstani dead
Border guards of Uzbekistan used weapons against a citizen of Kyrgyzstan — a resident of Kurulush village, Aksy district of Jalal-Abad region. The Public Relations and Mass Media Department of the State Border Service reported.
It is specified that the 34-year-old Kyrgyzstani at the time of the accident was on the territory of Kyrgyzstan and was heading towards Mamai settlement (Kyrgyzstan).
«He died of the wound in the hospital of Kerben town. An investigation of the fact was launched. A group of officers of the Border Service Department for Jalal-Abad region and representatives of law enforcement agencies work at the scene. At the moment, the meeting of the border representatives of Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan is taking place to find out the reasons and circumstances of the accident,» the Border Service reported.
