Personnel Department names best state secretary among all departments
The State Personnel Department has compiled a ranking among state secretaries. A special council assessed their professional qualities. This was announced today at a press conference.
According to the head of the department Akram Madumarov, the former State Secretary of the State Agency of Intellectual Property Zhapar Tashiev took the 1st place in 2017. He went to work in the Ministry of Education and Science as the State Secretary.
It was recommended to encourage Zhapar Tashiev, in particular, financially also. The ranking is compiled since 2013.
