Checkpoints on Kyrgyz-Chinese border to be temporarily closed
Checkpoints Torugart-Avtodorozhniy and Irkeshtam-Avtodorozhniy on the Kyrgyz-Chinese border will be closed from April 5 through April 8. The Department for Public Relations and Media of the State Border Service of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
According to it, this is done at the initiative of the Chinese side in connection with the celebration of the Day of Remembrance of the Dead.
Passage of citizens, transport and cargo will resume on April 9.
