Number of food poisoning victims exceeds 230
The number of people, who got poisoned at the wedding in Ala-Too restaurant, exceeded 230.
According to the press center of the Ministry of Health, as of 11.00 am, at least 198 people applied to the Republican Infectious Clinical Hospital, 131 of them were hospitalized. Other 34 people were hospitalized in the regions of the country.
«There are no patients in grave condition, one patient was in the intensive care unit, but today she will also be transferred to the department,» the Ministry of Health noted.
A criminal case was opened under the Articles «Violation of sanitary and epidemiological Rules» and «Production or sale of goods, performance of work or provision of services that do not meet safety requirements» on the fact of mass poisoning of visitors of the restaurant Ala-Too in Bishkek, which occurred on March 30.
The restaurant Ala-Too is closed for an indefinite period.
