Rallies and pickets are banned from April 1 to April 15 in Leninsky district of Bishkek. District Administration informed 24.kg news agency.
According to it, the decision was made to keep public order.
«We are preparing for the 140th anniversary of the city, clean-ups are held regularly. The deputies of the Parliament will plant trees today. There is no political background in this,» the administration said.
It should be noted that the activists intended to hold a flash mob «We are suffocating» at the Bishkek City Administration on April 3. They invited the mayor and vice mayors of the city.
