Botanical Garden in Bishkek to be preserved as academic institution
The Botanical Garden named after Gareyev is still a part of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic. The National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic informed 24.kg news agency.
According to it, the plan of modernization of the garden includes development of not only scientific, but also scientific educational, scientific cultural activities.
Earlier, the head of «Nashe Pravo» NGO Kalicha Umuralieva said that officials want to hold equestrian games in Bishkek’s Botanical Garden.
