One more company interested in MegaCom
MFT Services SA expressed its interest in purchasing 100 percent of shares of Alfa Telecom CJSC. The State Property Management Fund received an appropriate application.
The Fund sent the letter to Alfa Telecom for consideration.
Proposals received earlier from a number of companies regarding the purchase of the mobile operator are also being studied.
Currently, work is under way to prepare for a tender for services of companies to assess 100 percent of the shares of Alfa Telecom CJSC. An interdepartmental commission was set up by the fund’s order.
Upon completion of the procedures, the fund will post an announcement about the competition on the official public procurement portal.
