Police of Kyrgyzstan to be put on alert from March 20
The staff of internal affairs units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs will be put on alert — a round-the-clock duty with the mandatory involvement of voluntary people’s patrol will be organized. The ministry said.
According to its data, especially important and strategic objects, life support and vital facilities will be taken under increased protection.
Particular attention will be paid to security on squares, in parks in Bishkek and Osh, in adjacent areas, in residential areas, as well as during festive events in regional, district centers, rural areas and settlements of the republic.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs asks citizens to be vigilant and to take with understanding the security measures and the pass control.
