Absence of documents - one of main problems of vulnerable population of KR
Representatives of vulnerable groups of population more frequently face legal problems. The Institute of the Ombudsman of Kyrgyzstan presented such data.
According to it, the former prisoners, having got out of the jail, have difficulties in obtaining documents. As a consequence, they have difficulties in obtaining medical services and employment.
«To more quickly solve these problems, they have to enter into corruption relations with representatives of state bodies, simply put, give bribes,» the Institute stressed.
The migrants also note legal vulnerability. Often they cannot get qualified legal advice. The main problem of this group of people is obtaining of documents. «The people have difficulties in employment, placing of children in educational institutions due to absence of documents. For the same reason, they are vulnerable for the law enforcement agencies,» the Institute noted.
