MPs demand from government report on Smart City project
Deputies of the Parliament want to hold a government day or hour to get to know all the details of the Smart City project. MP Dastan Bekeshev voiced such a proposal.
Recall, the day before it became known that the government terminates the agreement with Huawei on Smart City project. The reason is the failure to meet the terms of the contract by investors.
«Smart City is not implemented. We need to invite the government and ask them how we will resolve the issues. Cameras would not solve the main problem on the roads. We need other options, besides renaming «militsiya» into «police,» Dastan Bekeshev stressed.
