Kyrgyzstani Evgeniy Timofeev takes the 49th place at the Winter Olympics, continuing in Pyeongchang. Official website of the Olympic Games says.
The three leaders were Norwegian Henrik Kristoffersen (47.72 seconds), Swede André Myhrer (47.93) and Frenchman Victor Muffat-Jeandet (48.34). The result of Timofeev is 1 minute 1.56 seconds.
The second attempt will start today at 10.30 (Bishkek time). Its results will determine the final position of the athletes in the standings.
