MFA offers to change issue of visas procedure in Kyrgyzstan
It is proposed to change the procedure for issuing visas in Kyrgyzstan. The draft government decree was submitted for public discussion.
Thus, there will be no situations when foreign citizens are in Kyrgyzstan for work, without going through the proper procedure of legalization.
In addition, the submission of documents for visa support (labor invitation) by legal entities without a quota will be excluded. This will allow to regulate issue of a permission to attract foreign labor before arriving in the Kyrgyz Republic.
Group visas are offered to be issued to an applicant as part of a tourist group in the number not less than five, but not more than 15 people. An obligatory condition for the use of a group visa is the simultaneous crossing of the border when entering and leaving the Kyrgyz Republic and joint movement around the republic.
The State Border Service of the Kyrgyz Republic repeatedly reported problems with the use of a group visa. For example, in the absence of one of the members of the group, the remaining foreigners were forbidden to cross the border.
