Commission to determine causes of Bishkek HPP breakdown within a month
An interdepartmental commission was formed under the chairmanship of the First Vice Prime Minister Askarbek Shadiev to determine the causes of an abnormal situation at the Bishkek Heating and Power Plant. The Prime Minister Sapar Isakov singed a relevant decree.
As the Public Relations and Mass Media Department of the Government’s Executive Office reported, the commission was instructed to establish the causes of the breakdown within a month.
Based on the analysis, it is necessary to compile a list of urgent measures for the stable completion of the heating season and to study the speeches of the deputies of the Parliament.
The first meeting of the commission took place the day before. Askarbek Shadiev instructed the State Inspectorate for Environmental and Technical Safety to prepare a preliminary analysis of possible causes by the end of the week.
