Deputies demand report on $ 386 mln spent on HPP upgrading
The deputies demand to check how $ 386 million were spent on modernization of Bishkek Heating and Power Plant.
Parliament deputies insist on the need to set up a commission and conduct a thorough investigation into the modernization of the Bishkek HPP by the Chinese company TBEA and the use of $ 386 million.
Speaker of the Parliament Dastanbek Dzhumabekov noted that the deputies must first hear the report of the government, and if the information does not satisfy them, they will form a commission in Parliament.
The Parliament decided that after 11.00 the prime minister would report on the situation at Bishkek HPP.
