Deputy suggests prohibiting admission of teenagers to computer clubs in Bishkek

Is it possible to prohibit entry of minors into computer clubs? Such question was asked by the deputy Zhanybek Abirov today at the regular session of the Bishkek City Council.

His colleague Valentina Lisnichenko noted that the legislation doesn’t allow limiting the work of computer clubs during school hours. «We held several roundtables, invited representatives of clubs through the tax service to find a parity solution, so that at least during the school hours they would not allow students. But no club owner came to us, they don’t want to negotiate. And unfortunately, we can’t to bring them to justice,» the deputy complained.

Earlier, she noted the growth of racketeering among minors and linked it with computer clubs.
