Yesterday the National Bank again entered the foreign exchange market, selling $ 1 million with calculations different from the date of the transaction. Thus, only this week the NB KR sold $ 10.65 million on the market. The smallest intervention was conducted on November 16 — $ 450,000.
It should be noted that the November interventions of the National Bank have become both the most frequent and the largest in terms of sales of dollars since the beginning of the year.
In total, from January to November 17, 2017, the National Bank entered the foreign exchange market 16 times, including 11 times selling dollars and five times buying. Total bought $ 34,460 million, and sold $ 72,950 million. As a result, the net sale of dollars comprises $ 38,490 million.
