EEU work based on whims, not on documents
«Till relations within the Eurasian Economic Union are guided not by adopted decisions and agreements, but whims of some presidents, then I do not know whether EEU can become a civilized economic union,» Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambayev said at a meeting of the National Council for Sustainable Development.
The head of state noted that he was shocked by complete indifference to the current situation on the Kyrgyz-Kazakh border of the leaders of EEU countries and the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC).
«Who really wants to access such an alliance, which exists only on paper, but in reality the whims of some tsar are working,» Almazbek Atambayev added.
