PM proposes to create single center for obtaining driving licenses
It is necessary to draw up a normative legal act that would exclude corruption manifestations when obtaining driving licenses. The Prime Minister Sapar Isakov said today at an extraordinary meeting on traffic accidents.
Participants of the meeting noted that some citizens buy driving licenses, colluding with certain employees.
«It is important for us to eradicate corruption mechanisms when obtaining driving licenses. In order a person who has finished driving school, personally was present at examination and could answer 20 questions. If this is transparent, then people will objectively get licenses,» Sapar Isakov added.
Earlier, the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs noted an increase in the number of inexperienced drivers.
