According to the State Border Service of Kyrgyzstan, the average daily number of individuals and vehicles from Kyrgyzstan at the major and busiest Ak-Zhol-Avtodorozhniy and Ak-Tilek-Avtodorozhniy checkpoints before the introduction of additional measures by Kazakhstan amounted to 8,176 persons and 662 vehicles, 388 of which were heavy vehicles.
