Observers install cameras at polling stations in Bishkek. The Chairman of Bishkek territorial election commission Kairat Mamatov informed 24.kg news agency.
According to him, all polling stations in Bishkek opened on time. The equipment works properly. «We are waiting for the first voters at 8.15-8.20. I will vote now too, I will check how everything works,» Kairat Mamatov said.
He added that observers are installing video surveillance cameras at the polling stations. «According to the law, it is not forbidden to conduct photo and video shooting, if observers do not interfere in the work of the commission and do not disclose the secret of voting,» Kairat Mamatov noted.
