String of heavy vehicles begins with bypass road. According to drivers, the traffic jam is several times longer from the Kazakh side. No more than one car is allowed to pass in an hour.
One of people who crossed the Kazakh-Kyrgyz border told that it took him 18 hours to do this.
Drivers complain that they are not given any information. Some drivers of cars can turn back. Trucks are forced to stand there.
