Security Council law amended in Kyrgyzstan
Amendments to the law on the Security Council, initiated by parliament deputy Isa Omurkulov, were submitted for public discussion.
The document provides for the inclusion in the narrow composition of the Council of the Prosecutor General and the head of the presidential staff.
«Participation of these officials is extremely important to ensure the legality of the decisions made and timely addressing organizational issues,» background statement says.
Meetings of the Security Council in a narrow composition are aimed to ensure the adoption in a short time of decisions relating to security in various spheres of life of society and the state in time of emergence of crisis situations.
