Bakyt Torobayev refuses radio airtime
The candidate for the post of president Bakyt Torobayev refused to take part in the radio debates. This became known on the air of «Birinchi Radio.»
Earlier, the candidate’s headquarters officially distributed information about the merger in tandem with Omurbek Babanov. But Bakyt Torobayev has not withdrawn his candidacy from the election race so far.
Opponent of Torobayev — presidential candidate Taalatbek Masadykov is on the air.
According to him, many presidential candidates, speaking of their economic program, contradict the Constitution.
«Under the Constitution, the President of Kyrgyzstan is responsible for foreign policy and security. And many candidates propose an economic program, forgetting that this is not the responsibility of the president. My program is based on law and order,» Taalatbek Masadykov said.
