Court leaves Sadyr Japarov in pre-trial detention center
The court refused to satisfy the request of Sadyr Japarov’s lawyer Sharabidin Toktosunov about changing the measure of restraint for house arrest to the defendant.
«I ask, considering his services to the fatherland and the fact that the victim himself asks to acquit Japarov, to release him for house arrest,» the lawyer said.
