Ata Meken lawyers have to pay 10 million soms to the President of Kyrgyzstan. The relevant decision was taken today by the Bishkek City Court, leaving the decision of the Oktyabrsky District Court in force.
Ata Meken lawyers Kanatbek Aziz and Taalaigul Toktakunova were prosecuted for their information that Almazbek Atambayev was allegedly involved in the cargo in the Boeing-747, crashed in the winter of 2017 near the village of Dachi SU.
«The date of the meeting was known, but, realizing what decision will be made, we didn’t take part in it as a protest. With this judicial system it is clear how the judges work, especially if you are at suit with the president,» Kanat Aziz explained.
