Presidential elections. Biometric data can be submitted till September 30, 2017
Kyrgyzstanis who didn’t pass biometrics will not be able to vote in the presidential elections scheduled for October 15.
Chairman of the Central Election Commission Nurzhan Shayldabekova urged Kyrgyzstanis to submit biometric data no later than September 30, 2017. This can be done at the nearest SRS representative office. When submitting data, citizens will automatically fall into the voter list.
It should be noted that the elections of the last three years are conducted using biometric data of voters. This is done for the identification of citizens.
