Presidential elections. Voters can clarify themselves in lists from August 16
Since August 16, 2017, voters can clarify their data in the lists. Nurzhan Shayldabekova, the head of the Central Election Commission, said this at a press conference today.
«The registration period will last until September
«During the presidential elections the entire territory is a single electoral district. Therefore, citizens can vote not only at the place of residence, but also at the place of actual residence. For this it is necessary to file an appropriate application by September 30 personally,» the head of the CEC noted.
In the preliminary list there are 2,914,588 of voters-Kyrgyzstanis. 30 days before the voting there will be a checklist.
The elections are scheduled for October 15, 2017.
