Dangerous amusement rides in Ataturk Park to be dismantled
Dangerous amusement rides in the park named after Ataturk will be dismantled. Mayor of Bishkek Albek Ibraimov told journalists today.
He gave an official instruction to improve the work of «public spaces institutions.»
«For many years, amusement rides that pose a threat to safety in this park were illegal. Municipal Property Department will check their technical condition. If it meets the technical requirements, then the contract will be concluded, if not, then the objects will be dismantled,» the mayor said.
Earlier it was reported that the owners of the amusement rides had not signed contracts since 2011.
