Mayor of Bishkek promises to plant 3 times more trees instead of cut down
The mayor of Bishkek, Albek Ibraimov, promises to plant three times more trees instead of cut down ones.
«Today’s temperature is 40 degrees, and conditions that are favorable for planting are 22 degrees. If the weather in September will allow, we will start planting seedlings and continue it till cold weather. Root-balled tree system allows this,» Albek Ibraimov said.
He recalled that Zelenstroy had announced a tender for 51 million soms. The tender did not take place first time, the second one was successful — for 36 million soms. The vendor was selected.
