According to it, Azimkul Borombaev became the speaker.
There were two candidates for the post of the chairman of town council. The elections were held by secret ballot, the winner got 18 votes of deputies out of 30.
Previous three sessions did not take place because of quorum failure.
In addition, it became known that the election of the mayor of Kara-Balta town is scheduled for August 25.
