Court not release Japarov's supporters under house arrest
The court did not uphold a motion of lawyer Sharabidin Toktosunov to release under house arrest the supporters of former parliament deputy Sadyr Japarov. The defendants remained in custody.
Recall, 12 people were detained at a rally in support of Sadyr Japarov on March 25, 2017. 11 people are in jail, they are brought to the courtroom under escort. One of them was released with recognizance not to leave the city.
The next court hearing is scheduled for August 14 at 2.00 pm.
